Services to the public include issuing reliability reports on businesses, working to resolve customer complaints against businesses, Lemon Law arbitration through the Bureau's AutoLine program, arbitration of business-customer disputes through the Bureau's Business Arbitration program, review organizations soliciting public donations as measured against the Bureau's 15 standards for charitable accountability and review of advertising as measured against Bureau standards for truth in advertising.
